SYM-Q Navigator provides assistance to Transfer Students It helps them with the often-neglected task of navigating new cultural spaces. It is based on several research studies on the theme of Cultural Intelligence (CQ) It introduces a new type of intelligence called SYM-Q – or Symbiotic Intelligence Symbiotic Intelligence differs from Cultural Intelligence in that it underlines the need for both sides to participate and contribute equally in bridging the gaps between cultures
It is user friendly It is guaranteed to improve the experiences of students who leave their own cultural environments to study in other geographic locations. |
